Book Early for Pantomime: Snow White
Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the fairest of them all?
The infamous words of the Brother Grimms' story Snow White which everyone recognises without any difficultly.
This December, the pantomime that brought Dick Whittington, described as "the finest family panto in Scotland" (The Scotsman), will bring Snow White to the Empire Theatre, along with an evil villain (no prize for guessing who), comical characters and happenings along with songs and dances and bagful of fun for the young audience.

The Tiger Who Came To Tea
The Tiger Who Came To Tea... Live On Stage, adapted and directed by David Wood OBE from Judith Kerr's popular tale, is coming to Eden Court.
As Sophie and her mummy sits down to tea, the doorbell rings. Who could be at the door? The answer, a tiger. Soon, Sophie and her mummy are having a handful with the unusual guest, with sing-a-long songs for the younger audience.

The Nutcracker comes to Eden Court in January 2018
The Scottish Ballet of the beloved The Nutcracker is coming to Eden Court in January 2018. Tchaikovsky's infamous score will be preformed by the Scottish Ballet Orchestra.
After the Christmas party, Clara falls asleep and dreams of helping her Nutcracker Prince defeat the evil Mouse King and his army of mice. In The Nutcracker follow Clara as she journeys through the Land of Snow and the Kingdom of Sweets.

This July, a stage adaptation of Agatha Christie's novel A Murder is Announced, is brought to Eden Court by the Middle Ground Theatre Company, bringing to life the classic Miss Marple case from the Queen of Crime.
The quiet village of Chipping Cleghorn wakes up to be astonished in finding in the local paper a piece announcing that a murder will happen at Little Paddocks, home of Letitia Blacklock. A group of people gather, the lights go out and a man bursts through the door - then a gun is fired. And here is where Miss Marple, an elderly spinster with an understanding of people, enters the story and helps piece together not only what happened, but the why and the who.
